(OGM), in our capacity as the Data Controller, we would like to inform you, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the “Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform, about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting your personal data, and your rights listed under Article 11 of the Law.

I. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is collected and processed by OGM within the scope of the purposes explained below, in accordance with the general principles set forth in Article 4 of the Law and the conditions for processing personal data (legal grounds) specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Fulfillment of our obligations arising from the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Turkish Commercial Code, Labor Law, Tax Procedure Law, and other applicable legislation to which our company is subject, and compliance with information and reporting obligations if requested by administrative authorities;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of rights and additional benefits arising from legislation for our employees, carrying out human resources activities, informing relevant public institutions and organizations, and conducting official correspondence;
• Ensuring that services obtained from suppliers are carried out in accordance with contractual conditions and duly performed;
• Planning and execution of business activities and operational processes;
• Carrying out activities related to TV series, films and similar productions, and managing the contractual and legal processes related to these activities;
• Evaluating applications from candidates regarding TV series, films, and similar projects, and maintaining communication with such applicants.

II. Transfer of Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the provisions of the Law regarding the transfer of personal data and transfer abroad, for the purposes and legal grounds stated in Article 1 of this Disclosure Statement, to:

• Financial institutions
• Authorized public institutions and organizations
• Third parties from whom we receive services in order to carry out our business activities
• Organizations with which we collaborate.

III. Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, through automatic or non-automatic methods, within the framework of our company’s commercial activities, via:

• Our website
• Our social media platforms
• Parties with whom we maintain business relationships and/or receive services that complement our activities
• Contracted institutions
• Other similar channels.

IV. Rights of the Relevant Person Whose Personal Data Is Processed

Regarding the processing of your personal data, you may exercise the following rights by submitting a request to our Company as the Data Controller. Requests submitted within this scope will be concluded by OGM within thirty (30) days at the latest.

As the data subject (personal data owner), you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data,
• Request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

V. Method of Application to the Data Controller

If you wish to exercise your rights mentioned above, you may download the “KVKK Application Form” from the relevant link and submit it to us using any of the methods listed below:

• By mail, provided that it is signed with a wet signature and accompanied by documents identifying your identity,
• Via Registered Electronic Mail (REM),
• By means of a secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
• By using the email address registered in our system.

You may send your application to the postal address, email address, or registered electronic mail (REM) addressprovided below. Your application will be responded to as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days from the date it is received by us, depending on the nature of your request.
